We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Head of Governance to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of governance across the Trust. This pivotal role will ensure that governance arrangements remain effective, compliant and professionally supported, while reflecting and promoting the Trust's Catholic mission and values.


As the principal governance adviser to the Trust Board, its committees and Local Governing Bodies, you will champion high standards of governance, accountability and stakeholder engagement. You will oversee governance administration across the Trust, maintain governance structures and statutory records, support governance development, and ensure that meetings, agendas, papers and records are managed to the highest professional standards.
