Safeguarding Lead

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trust Safeguarding Lead to provide strategic leadership for safeguarding across our family of schools. Working closely with Headteachers, Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs) and Trust leaders, you will develop and implement the Trust's safeguarding strategy, ensuring the highest standards of practice, compliance and culture.

The role will lead Trust-wide safeguarding policy, audits and quality assurance, support schools in strengthening safeguarding practice, and create opportunities for collaboration and professional learning through a network of DSLs. You will act as the Trust's safeguarding expert, providing advice and guidance on complex cases, monitoring statutory compliance, and keeping schools informed of legislative developments.

Reporting to the Executive Team and Trust Board, you will analyse safeguarding data, identify trends and drive continuous improvement, helping to ensure that safeguarding remains at the heart of everything we do.
